Hi, I'm Knozart, a professional digital artist. I Mostly Specialize in Anime, Comics, and Concept Art. Up till now, I have worked with passion on several art projects from comics to telling stories with concept art. Terms of Service
GENERAL INFORMATION.
The prices of my works apply only to digital illustrations. I won't do traditonal artworks.
• What I will draw:
— Original characters / Fanart / Humanoid characters.
— OC/ Character design sheets
— Concept Art
— Book/ Manga Covers
— Posters
— Wallpapers
— Anime style self portrait• What I won't draw:
— Extreme Horror and gore.
— Nudity and suggestive content (+18).
— Highly detailed backgrounds or hyperrealism.
— Overly complicated monster or robot designs.
— Any content that promotes hate or racism/ political work.CONDITIONS OF SERVICE.
— Once your order is ready (in the case of digital files) you will receive a link to a Drive folder so you can download it with the highest quality, plus a lower quality file so you can post it on your social networks (at no additional cost). The deadline to download the images is 10 days.
— In all the works will appear my signature as an artist, except for works for companies or publishers.
— As an artist I reserve the right to cancel the assignment at any time if I am not comfortable with what is requested or I don't have the necessary time. Should this occur, a full refund will be granted to the client.
— My tastes as well as my art are constantly evolving, so there may be slight differences between the samples in my gallery and the artwork you will receive (outlining style, coloring method, composition...). These are very slight changes, but please take this into account.COPYRIGHT - USAGE POLICY
1. As an artist I have all rights to the work produced, as long as I have written authorization. Therefore:
1.1. I have the right to publish/display the image on any of my networks.
1.2. The image may be displayed as an example in my portfolio or in any social network.
1.3. There may be the possibility of using the work for future artbooks or art prints.
1.4. If it is a private commission in that case I will respect your privacy and none of the above points will apply.
2. As a client you have the right to:
2.1. Publish the final artwork social networks or websites with due credit (non-profit). The publication of the low resolution version of the artwork will always be appreciated.
2.2. Print the artwork as long as it is only for personal use and not for sale.
2.3. Use the image as an icon for your social networks as long as it is for your personal accounts.
2.4. Demand that your commission be private. For this an additional 30% of the total price of the work will be added.
3. Likewise, as a client, you do not have the right to:
3.1. Change, modify, trace or use my works without my permission.
3.2. Reproduce the work for an economic purpose without prior consent.
3.3. Take credit for the work.
3.4. Remove my watermarks and signatures.COMMERCIAL USE
1. If you want a commission for commercial purposes, the price will be increased. The cases that are considered commercial use are the following:
1.1. Reproduction and sale of the work (merchandise, illustrations for books, video games...) 1.2.
1.2. When a profit is received in the medium in which it will be used and/or as a way to attract attention (images for Patreon, thumbnails for YouTube, banners and general advertising for websites, business cards...).WORK PROCESS
— I will start your order after %50 upfront payment has been made.
— You need to pay the remaining %50 of the price prior the delivering of the order.
— You can pay full upfront to avoid fees.
— An estimated date when your order will be ready will be provided.
— Most of my jobs are ready in about one to two weeks, as long as there are no other jobs on my waiting list.
— If you need your order to be completed by a certain date, please indicate this in the mail (a priority fee will be charged).PAYMENT PROCESS
— I accept payments in USD. All payments will be processed by PayPal.
— I ask for full or %50 payment before starting the work. The remaining amount must be paid prior delivery of the orderEXCHANGES
— Once the order is finished, I only allow small changes of color adjustments. I will also add small details in case of my own mistake.
— I will accept a maximum of 5 changes in the sketch process and 2-3 changes in the coloring process. If with more than 80% of the work done you decide to add some big changes, I have the right to charge an extra fee for each change. To avoid this, be clear and concise in the request so that this does not happen, do not be afraid to provide a multitude of references, they are always welcome!REFUNDS
— I can refund 100% of the payment in case of a major external problem or in case the client decides not to continue the assignment without having started it. However, once the sketch has started, no refund will be made.
— This situation has not happened and I hope it will continue, but if the client behaves in an abusive way without reason and asking for a full refund I have the right to withdraw all the work I can carry and look for new buyers.
These terms may be subject to change without notice.
Changes will not be applied retrospectively.
